- Check-in time
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you arrive before that time, we have an area where we can store your luggage if your room isn’t ready. - Check-out time
Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you want to spend time at the beach and won’t be leaving Deer Haven Inn and Suites until later in the day, we will be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart. 
Pets
Pets are welcome in designated pet rooms for a worthwhile fee of $25 per pet per night. Please call us at (831) 373-7784 if you need a pet-friendly room. Be prepared: please download, print and complete our Pet Policy Agreement prior to your arrival.

We accept travelers’ checks with the appropriate identification. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center at (831) 373-7784.
